After the booking is completed, we will send to you a confirmation email of your order. We also send email SMS notifications for anything regarding your ride, up until the moment you meet at the arrival gate.
We try to mimic the price you would pay for a regular taxi ride from the line. That said, we are much more than a simple ride. Our goal with the service is to connect you with a taxi driver who is a proud ambassador of the city and who, apart from transferring you, will answer any question you might have during your first hour in Athens.
The drivers who participate in the service are selected and trained in order for you to have an excellent experience. They have done many welcomes each, and are continuously reviewed for their quality of service.
We booked two people carriers to meet us at Piraeus and take us into town and then pick us up later. Its more expensive that getting a local taxi as you can imagine but the service was top class. They are responsive to enquiries, the price is competitive (compared to other private taxi hires) and very reliable.
My group of 6 used Taxicity 6 times on our trip. Used them to and from the airport and also the port in Athens. The drivers were always on time and friendly. It's nice not having to worry if you're going to be picked up or not. I highly recommend Taxicity and will use them when I return to Greece.

Great service. Our drivers were excellent....Because we spoke near zero of the Greek language, it was super important English was part of their language set. Pick up at our doorstep, very prompt, and in a very comfort van.. We seldom use cellular service internationally, depend on WiFi, and get along quite well. We contacted Taxicity and was able to communicate via FB messenger. Christina was our "on line" contact, and she was just fantastic. Can't say enough good things about how helpful she was....Great customer service . For sure, when we return to Athens they will be our "go to" for airport transportation...
